Baldyga Group is committed to protecting the security and confidentiality of the information you provide to us. We have prepared this privacy policy to help you understand how Baldyga Group collects, uses, and seeks to protect the personal information that you provide to us on our websites and/or via email. By visiting, downloading, or using our websites, or providing us with your personal information in connection with our website, you agree to the terms and conditions of the Baldyga Group Privacy Statement.

Baldyga Group respects the need for confidentiality of information and provides a secure method to protect personal details, held by Baldyga Group. This includes collection of information, use and disclosure, storage, security and access. We are committed to protect the privacy of your information.


Baldyga Group owns and operates tours and attractions in Guam and Saipan and operates websites where we offer our products and services directly to consumers. We work with a third-party reservation system provider, FareHarbor, which provides hosting and payment processing services for us. We also work with travel agents who manage their own hosting, purchase and payment for our products and services. Baldyga Group does not control these service providers and this Privacy Statement does not address and we do not accept responsibility for the handling of personal information or other.


We collect personal information such as your first and last name and email address that identifies you personally. We also collect non-personal information that does not personally identify you, such as demographic information.

In order to purchase any of our products or services, you must provide us with certain personal information including your first and last name, email address, credit card details and other information. If you do not provide the required information, we will not be able to process your reservation and purchase cannot be fulfilled.

If you subscribe to any of our email marketing communications, including newsletters, you will be required to disclose personal information such as your first and last name and email address and other information such as your home country.

When visiting Baldyga Group websites or any of our third-party providers or affiliates with pages that are hosted by us, our Web server may automatically collect and store your IP address. To help us to better improve the effectiveness of our websites, and to send meaningful communications to you, we may also keep track of other information such as your website searches.

In some instances, we may also ask for other information such as demographic data, including your gender, age, country of residence, and etc. We also use cookies as discussed below to collect information about our websites.

When you register with Baldyga Group, we will need basic information such as your first and last name and email address. If you connect via Facebook, we may also access and use information that you’ve chosen to make available through your Facebook privacy settings, including, but not limited to, your Facebook email address, Facebook username, friends list, and any other information you have chosen to make available.

We welcome you to contribute to our website by writing reviews and uploading photos. We may store any such contributions as your content and display them to other users, and use them for future promotional purposes. If you include personal information in your content, this can be used and viewed by others. We are not responsible for the information you choose to include in your content.


Cookies, also known, as browser cookies or tracking cookies, are small data files, located in browser directories for record-keeping purposes. Cookies do not personally identify you, but identifies only your computer.

Baldyga Group’s use of cookies is to store preferences, record session information, and to collect information on your access of our websites. We also use cookies to assist us in analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of our on-line features and offerings, email communications and advertisements. Most web browsers allow you to turn off cookies; however, turning off cookies will limit your use of our websites.


The personal information you provide us, is used by Baldyga Group in the following ways:

Facebook users can connect to Baldyga Group using Facebook. We may provide you with reviews and photos of tours your Facebook friends have posted, shared, saved or purchased on Baldyga Group. Please be aware that your Facebook friends who are using Baldyga Group, may share information about you with us through Facebook. Should you desire to prevent that sharing, please review your Facebook privacy settings.

Access to third-party social media websites and services such as Facebook and Twitter are available through Baldyga Group. When you access such sites, you are sharing information with those sites, and the information you share is governed by their privacy policies.

Some of the Personal Information we collect is shared with our service partners (e.g. bus operators) who are directly involved in fulfilling a portion of the purchases you have made from us. We only provide our service providers, if required, with your name and you local contact details, your hotel name for pick-ups and drop-offs, your email address, etc. We do not provide our service providers with any other personal information. If you decide to provide any Personal Information directly to a service provider, we recommend that you review the service provider’s privacy policy to determine how such service provider may use or disclose your Personal Information.

We may also disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, court order, as requested by other government or law enforcement authority, or in the good faith belief that disclosure is otherwise necessary or advisable including, without limitation, to protect the rights or properties of Baldyga Group or when we have reason to believe that disclosing the information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing interference with our rights or properties, whether intentionally or otherwise, or when anyone else could be harmed by such activities. Finally, we may share your information in connection with a corporation transaction, such as a divestiture, merger, consolidation, or asset sale, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy.


We may send to you, from time to time, marketing emails with information about Baldyga Group special promotions, deals and product news, sweepstakes, programs, etc., and other seasonal promotions that we believe you will find interesting, informative and extremely valuable.

Baldyga Group will provide options regarding our use of your Personal Information for marketing purposes. If you desire not receiving future email marketing communications from Baldyga Group, you have several choices for opting out of future mailings:

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link contained in each marketing email message we send and following the instructions given therein.

When you register as a Baldyga Group membership Rewards member, you may update your “Account Settings”.

You may email and request to be unsubscribed by including your name, email address, and the words “unsubscribe” in the subject or message body.

Please note that, even if you opt-out of receiving future marketing communications from Baldyga Group, we will continue to send to you emails regarding your purchases and bookings, and regarding administrative information such as changes to our terms, conditions and policies. If you make a booking or purchase at one of our websites, we may also send you information about new products, or ask your opinion about our websites, etc., so that may improve our service to you and other consumers.


Our products are made available through our third-party distribution partners and suppliers. We also utilize a third party reservations system provider, FareHarbor. Our partners and suppliers may have privacy policies that differ from Baldyga Group’s Privacy Policy. Baldyga Group is not in a position to force adherence, so we will rely on you and our other Customers to inform us if our suppliers or distribution partners are not adequately protecting your privacy. Baldyga Group may then seek to take steps (including severing its relationship with offending partners) to help prevent other occurrences.


We strive to maintain the integrity and security of your Personal Information, by using industry-standard encryption protocols when receiving and transferring your Personal Information. When you send Personal Information to us over the Internet, we require that a “secure session” be established using Secure Socket layer (SSL).

We seek to store your Personal Information in secure operating environments that are not accessible to the general public, and to have security measures in place at our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of your Personal Information by our employees or third parties.

While no website can promise complete security, we have implemented administrative, technical, and physical security procedures designed to protect the personal information you provide to us. For example, only authorized employees are permitted to access personal information, and they may only do so for permitted business functions. Baldyga Group will not be held responsible for events arising from unauthorized access to your Personal Information. Baldyga Group will rely on you telling us if you experience any unusual events that may indicate a breach in your information security. We will then seek to investigate whether the security breach was related to the data transmissions from or to Baldyga Group and let you know what steps can be taken and have been taken to help rectify the problem. Further action, such as reporting incidents to the police or other proper authorities, may also be required.
